A terroir close to the town of Bourg-sur-Gironde
The Château Laurensanne is situated on the south facing slopes overlooking the town of Bourg-sur-Gironde, chief town of the AOC Côtes de Bourg.
It's an ideal situation that allows the vines to get the most sunlight and benefit from the warm micro climate from the Garonne river.

Albert Schweitzer's comment:
"We have made this wine following traditional methods, with a long maceration in the tanks under controlled temperatures in order to preserve the fruity flavours.
The wines were then barrel aged in French oak barrels for 12 months giving this wine subtle tanins."
